How MingApex handles business contact, RFQ and technical project information.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Information we receive
When you contact MingApex or submit an RFQ, we may receive your name, company, business contact details, destination country, product requirements, technical files and messages. Security logs may record IP address, browser and request time.
Website measurement
We record aggregate page and conversion events in WordPress so we can understand whether catalogue, contact and RFQ paths work. Anti-abuse controls may use a one-way IP hash. External analytics remains disabled unless configured by the site owner and, where required, covered by an appropriate consent setup.
Use and sharing
We use this information to answer enquiries, review specifications and compatibility, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, OEM, quality control and delivery, prevent abuse and preserve repeat-order records. Relevant information may be shared with vetted manufacturers, laboratories, inspection, logistics, hosting and communication providers only where needed. We do not sell personal information. Cross-border processing may occur because MingApex operates from China.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract, continuity, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Do not upload passwords, private keys or unrelated personal data. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information by writing to info@mingapex.com; some records may need to be retained by law or an active commercial relationship.
